본 연구는 생성형 인공지능의 기술 어포던스인 맥락인지와 개인화된 맞춤서비스가 사용자의 지각된 혜택과 지각된 위험, 그리고 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 주요결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생성형 인공지능의 기술 어포던스인 맥락인지는 지각된 혜택에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 지속사용의도에는 정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생성형 인공지능의 기술 어포던스인 개인화된 맞춤서비스는 지각된 혜택과 지각된 위험, 그리고 지속사용의도에 정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 위험은 지속사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나 지각된 혜택은 지속사용의도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study examined the effects of context recognition and personalized services—technology affordances of generative artificial intelligence—on users’ perceived benefits, perceived risks, and continuous use intention. The main findings are as follows. First, context recognition, as a technology affordance of generative AI, did not have a significant impact on perceived benefits. However, it was found to exert a positive influence on the continuous use intention. Second, personalized services, another technology affordance of generative AI, positively affected perceived benefits, perceived risks, and the continuous use intention. Third, perceived risks did not significantly influence the continuous use intention, whereas perceived benefits were shown to have a positive effect on continuous use intention.
