이 연구의 목적은 장애유아 부모의 장애유아자녀에 대한 평생계획에 대한 실태를 밝히는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 안산시, 화성시 소재 장애전담어린이집과 장애통합어린이집 장애유아의 학부모대상 대상으로 장애유아자녀의 평생계획에 대한 설문자료를 분석 하였다. 설문문항은 교육계획ㆍ미래계획ㆍ직업계획ㆍ여가계획ㆍ주거ㆍ재정 순으로 구성하였다. 이 연구결과를 요약하면 미래계획에 대한 대책 순위는 재정 26.2%, 교육 25.0%, 직업 16.7%, 주거 14.3%, 후견인 11.9%, 결혼 4.8%로 나타났고, 미래계획을 세우는 적기를 묻는 질문에는 취학 전이 37.8%로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 장애자녀를 둔 부모들이 장애유아의 평생계획에 대한 중요성에도 불구하고 현실적으로는 평생계획에 대한 인식이 잘 되어 있지 않음을 보여주었다. 이런 문제는 향후 장애아동의 성인기 삶을 준비하는 데 지장을 초래할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the states of permanency planning for young children with disabilities of their parents. The subjects were 45 parents who have children with disabilities enrolled full time daycare center for children with disabilities and inclusive daycare center for children with disabilities in Ansan and Hwasung. The 45 questionnaires were analyzed and constituted 6 categories, education planning, future planning, job planning, leisure planning, housing planning, and financial planning. The results showed that the priority of permanency planning to consider is financial planning 26.2%, education planning 25.0%, job planning 16.7%, housing planning 14.3%, guardian planning 11.9%, marriage planning 4.8%, and 37.7% answered that the critical period for planning future is before entering school. In fact, the parents of children with disabilities did not aware the importance of permanency planning in spite of it’s meaningful things for young children with disabilities. This shall negatively affect the life in adult period for children with disabilities.
