Abstract
This paper aims to explore the essence of the Qatar crisis with the Quartet through the issue of the Muslim Brotherhood. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Egypt regard popular political movements like the Muslim Brotherhood as a threat to the regime, while Qatar has strengthened Al Thani governance by supporting Islamist movement like the Muslim Brotherhood. The relationship between Qatar and the Muslim Brotherhood is complementary, the solidarity cannot be easily destroyed, and other Gulf States recognize that the relationship poses a serious diplomatic threat to them. So, if this problem is not resolved, the GCC crisis will not end.
