대학의 비대면 플립러닝 수업 설계 및 적용 방안 연구

플립러닝은 학습자 중심 교육을 위한 프레임으로서 적절한 교수설계 및 수업 적용을 통해 학업성취도 향상 및 미래 사회에필요한 역량 함양에 효과적임이 검증되어 왔다. 그러나 2020년, COVID-19로 인한 갑작스런 비대면 수업 상황에서 교수자 중심수업이 증가하게 되면서 비대면 상황에서의 효과적인 학습자 중심 수업이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 대학에서효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 비대면 수업상황에서의 플립러닝 설계 및 적용 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 플립러닝을 신교수법 교육모델로 적용하고 있는 K대학교의 비대면 플립러닝 설계 및 적용 방안을 제시하였고, 실제 수업 적용을 통한 효과성및 제한점을 확인하였다. 그리고 비대면 플립러닝 수업 적용의 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This paper proposes the effective application method of flipped-learning in non-face-to-face environment. The flipped learningis a framework for learner centered education, and by designing the effective learning procedure, it is possible to get the variouseffects of flipped learning, such as the improvement of academic achievement and the cultivation of competencies necessary forfuture society. We suggest several considerations for instructional design specified to online based flipped learning in non-face-tofaceenvironment. As a method, we proposed a non-face-to-face flipped learning design and application plan of K university, andconfirmed the effectiveness and limitations through actual class application. And the implications of applying non-face-to-faceflipped learning classes were presented.
