학위연계형 일학습병행제에서 고숙련마이스터 기업현장교사의 역량 강화를 위한 표준 교과 모델 제안

기업현장교사는 회사 내 일학습병행에 참여하고 있는 도제 및 고숙련 학습근로자에게 고도화된 훈련 지도 및 평가자로서의역할을 수행하므로 심화된 이론과 기술, 풍부한 경험과 문제해결 능력이 요구된다. 본 연구는 양질의 기업현장교사 양성을 위한 한국의 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정을 소개하고, 최적화된 표준 교과 모델을 제시하였다. 이는 고숙련마이스터 양성과관련된 최초의 실증적 연구로서, 일학습병행제 고숙련마이스터 양성에 기여함은 물론 안정적인 고숙련마이스터 과정의 제도적 정착 및 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
A workplace trainer is required to have profound theoretical and technological knowledge, sufficient experience and problemsolvingability in order to play the role of a competent trainer and assessor for the apprentices and experienced worker students whoare participating in the Work-Learning Dual System of the company. This study has introduced a Degree-linked Highly Skilledprofessional Course in Korea and proposed an optimized standard education model for the training of high-quality workplace trainers. It is expected that this study will contribute greatly to the training of highly skilled professionals for efficient implementation ofthe Work-Learning Dual System and stable institutional settlement of the Highly Skilled professionals Course as the first empiricalstudy on the training of highly skilled professionals.
