일학습병행 고숙련마이스터 기업현장교사의 개념, 역할 및 역량

일학습병행 사업의 일환으로 정부가 추진중인 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정 시범사업을 통하여 고숙련마이스터 기업현장교사가 양성되고 있다. 그러나 ‘고숙련마이스터 기업현장교사’에 대한 개념 정의와 이들의 역할이나 필요 역량은 현재 논의가 진행중에 있다. 본 연구를 통해 고숙련마이스터 기업현장교사의 개념을 석사학위를 보유한 일학습병행_L6자격, 기술평가사 자격을 보유한 기업현장교사로 정의하였다. 또한 고숙련마이스터 기업현장교사에게는 솔루션제공자라는 역할과 이를위해 학습체계 수립 운영 역량, NCS 기준 개발 역량, 일학습병행 정책 환류 역량이 추가적으로 요구되며, 선행 연구에서 정의된역할과 역량의 정의도 수정하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 일학습병행 도제 제도의 선순환적 학습 체계 기반 조성에 기여할 것이며, 고숙련마이스터 기업현장교사 양성과 활성화, 사회적 인정체계 수립을 위한 정책의 방향성을 제시할 수 있다.
Abstract
As a government’s pilot project of the work and study in parallel, highly skilled meister workplace trainers are being producedthrough the Highly Skilled Meister Training Degree Course (HSMTDC). However, the definition of the concept of ‘highly-skilledmeister workplace trainer’ and their roles and required competencies is currently being discussed. Through this study, the concept ofa highly skilled meister workplace trainer was defined as a workplace teacher with a master’s degree, with not only work and studyin parallel_L6 qualification but also technical assessor qualification. And, it was additionally required for the high-skilled meisterworkplace trainer that the role of a solution provider, and for this, the competency to establish and operate a learning system, thecompetency to develop NCS standards, and the competency to reflux of work and study in the parallel policy. In addition, the definitionof roles and competencies defined in preliminary studies also presented through revised. This study could contribute to the constructionof the foundation for a virtuous cycle learning system of apprenticeship system called the work and study in parallel, the fosteringand vitalizing for highly skilled meister workplace trainer and adjusting policy direction for establishing a social recognition system.
