초록

본 논문은 청년들이 생각하는 좋은 일자리 조건과 직업탐색행동이 취업에 주는 영향을 실증적으로 연구했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 성과변수로는 취업여부와 더불어 구직성과를 설정하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청년들이 생각하는 좋은 일자리 조건으로는 기업측면에서는 임금·급여, 환경측면에서는 직업안정성, 개인측면에서는 일과 삶의 균형으로나타났다. 둘째, 직업탐색행동이 취업여부 및 구직성과에 영향을 주는 핵심변인인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청년들이 취업을 준비하는 과정에서 구직스트레스는 취업에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 일에 대한 경험은 취업 및 구직성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청년들의 취업성공률을 높이기 위해서는 무엇보다 청년구직자의 적극적인 직업탐색행동 빈도를 높여주는 다양한 지원이 필요하다. 이를 위해 청년 눈높이에 맞는 맞춤형 청년정책 서비스 모델개발과 체계적인서비스 제공이 필요함을 시사한다.

Abstract

This paper is meaningful in that it empirically studies the good job condition of which young people think and the impact of jobsearch behavior on employment. In addition, employment status and additional job search performance were set as performancevariables. The main research results of this study are as follows. First, as for the good job condition considered by young people,wages and salaries in terms of companies, job stability in terms of environment, and work-life balance in terms of individuals werefound. Second, job search behavior was found to be a key variable influencing employment status and job search performance. Third, it was found that job-search stress injures employment. Finally, work experience promotes employment and job searchperformance. Therefore, to increase the employment success rate of young people, above all, various supports for increasing thefrequency of young job seekers’ active job search behavior are needed. To this end, it suggests that it is necessary to developa customized youth policy service model and to provide systematic services to meet the needs of young people.
