본 연구는 독일과 한국의 스마트 제조혁신 정책 현황을 살펴보고 양 국의 공급산업 전략을 비교 분석하여 한국의 스마트 제조혁신 공급산업의 나아가야 할 방향을 도출하는 것이다. 독일의 공급산업 전략은 글로벌 수요기업을 대상으로 높은 기술력과호환성, 레퍼런스 기반 고신뢰도를 통해 자국의 공급기업 시장 지배력을 강화하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 반면에, 한국 공급산업전략은 수요 기업의 단계별 수준 향상에 머물러 있어 고도화 수준의 스마트화 구현을 목표로 장기적이고 일관성 있는 대응이필요한 시점이다. 스마트 공장 고도화를 지향하는 독일의 공급산업 전략을 참고해서 정부 지원 정책과 공급기업 전략 수립 시에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 또한 양 국의 공급산업 전략의 비교 분석결과를 토대로 한국의 스마트 공장 고도화를 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 궁극적으로, 본 연구가 제시한 내용은 한국 중소·중견 공급기업의 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정책의 기초자료로활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study examines the current status of smart manufacturing innovation policies in Germany and Korea, compares and analyzesthe supply industry strategies of both countries, and suggests the direction for Korea’s smart manufacturing innovation supply industry. Germany’s supply industry strategy aims to strengthen the market dominance of domestic suppliers through high technology,compatibility, and high reliability based on reference for global demanding companies. On the other hand, the Korea’s supply industrystrategy remains at the level improvement of the demanding companies by stage, so it is time to take a long-term and consistentresponse with the goal of implementing smartization at the advanced level. By referring to Germany’s supply industry strategy forthe advancement of smart factories, it was intended to help in establishing government support policies and supplier strategies. In addition,based on the analysis results of the supply industry strategies of both countries, improvement measures for the advancementof Korea’s smart factories were presented. Ultimately, the contents of this study can be used as basic data for policy establishmentto strengthen the industrial competitiveness of Korea’s small and medium-sized suppliers.
