This study aims to identify the correlations between knowledge, attitude, and performance confidence regarding cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) among college students and to analyze the factors affecting their performance confidence to improve CPR per- formance rates. A survey was conducted among 320 students from universities located in G and K provinces. The results indicate that knowledge and attitude toward CPR significantly influence performance confidence. Differences in knowledge, attitude, and performance confidence were also observed based on gender and prior education experience. The study suggests educational approaches to enhance CPR skills among college students, highlighting the need for tailored education and the development of training programs focused on practical exercises.
