텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 미술치료 현황 분석

초록

본 연구는 최근 10년간 학술지에 게재된 ‘미술치료’ 단어가 포함된 논문을 분석하여 미술치료의 연구 동향을 파악하는데 목 적이 있다. 2014년부터 2023년까지 학술지에 등재된 2,972편의 논문을 대상으로 미술치료 단어가 포함된 논문을 크롤링 하여 데이터를 수집하고 품사가 명사인 단어를 추출한다. TF(Term Frequency), TF-IDF(Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency) 분석을 통해 빈도 수가 높은 단어와 각 문서 내 주요 단어를 기반으로 WordCloud 시각화 및 Word2Vec을 활용한 단어들 간의 의 미적 유사성을 파악하며 단어 간 동시 출현 빈도를 기반으로 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행한다. 해당 분석 결과 ‘미술’, ‘치료’와 함께 쓰이는 있는 단어로 ‘코칭’, ‘특수학교’ 등의 교육과 관련된 단어가 주로 등장한 것으로 확인된다. 청소년, 노인 등 특정 계 층의 문제 개선을 중요하게 여기며, 집단을 대상으로 한 프로그램 형태로 시행된 미술 치료가 논문의 주요 연구 주제로 다뤄지 고 있음을 시사할 수 있다. 최근 10년간 학술지에 게재된 ‘미술치료’ 단어가 포함된 논문을 대상으로 실시한 텍스트 마이닝 분 석을 통해 미술치료 연구 방향에 대한 동향 파악 및새로운 연구 주제 탐색에 기여한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze research trends in art therapy by examining papers containing the term “art therapy” published in aca- demic journals over the past decade. A total of 2,972 articles published between 2014 and 2023 were collected through web crawling to identify those that included the term “art therapy.” Data was collected, and noun terms were extracted from these articles. Using Term Frequency (TF) and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) analyses, high-frequency terms and key terms within each document were identified. Visualization was conducted through a word cloud, and semantic similarity between terms was assessed using Word2Vec. Additionally, a keyword network analysis based on word co-occurrence frequency was performed. The analysis reveals that terms associated with “art” and “therapy,” such as “coaching” and “special education,” often appear, in- dicating a strong connection to educational contexts. Issues related to specific populations, such as adolescents and the elderly, are frequently addressed, highlighting the focus on improvement within these groups. Art therapy, often implemented in group-based programs, emerged as a key research topic in these papers. This text mining analysis of studies containing the term “art therapy” published over the last 10 years contributes to identifying trends in art therapy research and exploring potential new research themes.
