본 연구는 모바일 보안 키패드의 사용 의도를 검증하기 위해, 사용자 경험 요인(편의성, 심미성, 상호작용성, 정보 신뢰성)이모바일 시스템 보안 인식 및 사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통해 분석하였다. 204명으로부터 수집한 설문조사 자료를 분석한 결과, 첫째, 심미성과 정보 신뢰성은 모바일 시스템 보안 인식에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 반대로상호작용성은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 편의성은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 마지막으로사용자의 모바일 시스템 보안 인식은 사용 의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳐, 사용자가 해당 시스템을 신뢰하고 긍정적으로 인식할수록 실제 사용하려는 의도가 증가함을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 서비스 품질과 인지적 보안 인식 간의 구조적 관계를 정교하게 규명함으로써, 향후 모바일 보안 서비스의 사용자 중심적 설계 및 효과적인 보급 전략 수립을 위한 실질적이고전략적인 시사점을 제공한다.
Abstract
This study empirically examines the determinants of users’ intention to adopt mobile security keypads by analyzing the effectsof user experience factors (convenience, aesthetics, interactivity, and information reliability) on perceived mobile system securityand subsequent behavioral intention. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze survey responses from 204participants. The empirical results indicate that aesthetics and information reliability exert significant positive influences on securityperception, whereas interactivity has a negative effect. Convenience was found to have no statistically significant impact. Moreover,perceived security demonstrated a significant positive relationship with usage intention, suggesting that greater trust and favorableperceptions enhance the likelihood of adoption. By elucidating the structural linkage between service quality and perceived security,this study provides theoretical insights and practical implications for the user-centered design and effective dissemination of mobilesecurity services.
