본 연구는 AI 융합 에너지관리 프로그램을 수강한 공학계열 대학생의 수강만족도, 전이동기, 학습전이, 창의·융합역량 간 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 Kirkpatrick의 4수준 모형을 적용하여 온라인 설문을 실시하고, 수강생 56명의 응답 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 27.0과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 수강만족도는 전이동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다(가설1 채택). 둘째, 전이동기는 학습전이에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다(가설2 채택). 셋째, 학습전이는 창의·융합역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다(가설3 채택). 넷째, 수강만족도는 학습전이에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며(가설4 채택), 다섯째,전이동기는 창의·융합역량에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다(가설5 채택). 결과적으로 Kirkpatrick 모형이 각 수준 간 인과관계와 가치 사슬적 구조를 갖는다는 가정이 성립되었고, AI 융합 에너지관리 프로그램의 학습 효과성은 긍정적으로 평가되었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 그린융합인재 양성을 위한 연구와 실무 측면에 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the structural relationships among learning satisfaction, motivation to transfer, learning transfer, and creative-convergence competency among engineering students who completed an AI-integrated energy management course. To achieve this,an online survey based on Kirkpatrick’s four-level model was conducted, and responses from 56 learners were collected and analyzedusing SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 23.0. The key findings are as follows: (a) learning satisfaction had a positive effect on learning transfer (H1supported); (b) motivation to transfer positively influenced learning transfer (H2 supported); (c) learning transfer had a positive effect oncreative-convergence competency (H3 supported); (d) learning satisfaction also directly affected learning transfer (H4 supported); and(e) motivation to transfer positively influenced creative-convergence competency (H5 supported). As a result, the findings supported theassumption that the Kirkpatrick model reflects causal relationships and a value chain structure across its levels. Furthermore, the learningeffectiveness of the AI-integrated energy management course was found to be positively evaluated. Based on these findings, this studyprovides implications for future research and practical strategies in cultivating green convergence talent.
