초록

본 연구는 2017년 지수 신설 이후부터 2018년 사이에 KRX ESG 사회책임경영지수(s) 에 편입된 종목으로 KRX ESG 사회책임경영지수(s)의 편입에 따른 기업 가치의 변화를평균비정상수익률과 누적평균비정상수익률을 통해 살펴보고 기업의 사회책임지수와 누적평균초과수익률과의 연관성을 분석하고자 한다. 분석대상은 이다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 사회책임 경영과 기업가치 사이에는 통계적으로 유의한양(+) 관계가 존재한다. 둘째, 누적평균초과수익률에 영향을 주는 변수를 알아보기 위해다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 비정규직 고용율이 통계적으로 유의하게 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였고, 직원평균연봉, 매출액대기 기부금, 직원평균 근무연수와는 통계적으로 유의한 음(-)의 상관관계를 보였다.

Abstract

In this paper, we use the AAR and the CAAR to determine the influence of corporate social responsibility management on corporate value and the characteristics of corporate social responsibility indicators and their performance. The main findings of this paper are: First, it is found that corporate value relates to corporate social responsibility management. Second, this study shows that the non-regular employment rate had positive correlation with the cumulative average abnormal return, and the average salary of employees, donation percentage of sales, average years of employees service had negative association with cumulative average abnormal return of the firm.
