간호사의 간호근무환경과 업무강도가 사회심리적 건강에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Nursing Environment and Labor Intensity on Nurses’ Psychosocial Well-being

초록

본 연구는 간호사의 간호근무환경과 업무강도가 사회심리적 건강상태에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 2023년 9월 6일부터 9월 13일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 온라인으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 위계적다중회귀분석을 이용하여 170명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 Model3에서 주관적 건강상태의 ‘보통이다.’(β=.252, p=.004)와 ‘건강하지 않다.’(β=.521, p<.001), 조력자 없음(β=.139, p=.046), 업무강도(β=.149, p=.042)가 간호사의 사회심리적 건강에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 설명력은 30.2%(F=10.157, p<.001)이었다. 그러므로, 간호사의 사회삼리적 건강을 증진하기 위해 건강관리 프로그램 개발과 직무 재설계 및 간호전달체계 개선 등을 통한 업무강도의 조정이 요구되며, 이를 가능하게 하는 의료기관 차원의 간호인력 확보를 비롯한 인적자원이 지원되어야 할 것이다.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of nursing environment and labor intensity on nurses’ psychosocial well-being. Data were collected online from September 6, 2023 to September 13, 2023 using a questionnaire. A total of 170 responses were analyzed by Hierarchical Regression Analysis with the SPSS 25.0 Statistics Program. The result of model 3 shows significant effect of support(β=.139, p=.046), self-rated health(fair:β=.252, p=.004, poor:β=.521, p<.001), labor intensity(β=.149, p=.042), and predicted with accuracy of 30.2% (F=10.157, p<.001) of varience in clinical nurses. Also, the presence of supporters, self-rated health, and labor intensity were identified as significant factors in psychosocial well-being. It is required to adjust the work intensity by developing nurses' healthcare programs, redesigning job duties, improving the nursing delivery system, and human resources should be supported including securing nursing personnel at the hospital level.
