뷰티전공 대학생들의 교과과정 인식과 학습몰입, 전공만족 및 학업성취도의 관계

초록

This study examined the relationship between curriculum recognition related to major classes, learning flow, major satisfaction, and academic achievement targeting beauty major college students. To this end, a survey was conducted on 243 college students majoring in beauty. For the analysis, the main results were derived by conducting confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program and the AMOS 21.0 program. A brief presentation of the main results were as follows. First, curriculum recognition related to major classes had a positive(+) effect on learning flow. Second, learning flow had a positive(+) effect on major satisfaction. Third, learning flow had a positive(+) effect on academic achievement. Fourth, major satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on academic achievement. Through the above results, in order to increase the academic achievement of college students majoring in beauty, it is necessary to increase the level of learning flow and lead to satisfaction with the major by raising positive curriculum recognition related to the major class.

Abstract
