Abstract

The study seeks to understand the factors influencing the satisfaction with rehabilitation program of juvenile delinquents under the correctional treatment level 6. To this end, survey was performed on 258 participants. The study findings are summarized as follows, Frist, to examine the relationship between each factor and rehabilitation program satisfaction, correlation investigation was conducted. As a result, all of the control system variables were found to be related with every rehabilitation program in order of group counseling (r=0.571), curriculum education (0.567), and job training (0.454). Next, to examine factors influencing rehabilitation program satisfaction, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted. As a result, in the regression model on group counseling rehabilitation satisfaction, the explanatory power increased in each model where variables were added to individual model. (Ｒ2(modification) changed from 0.066 to 0.412 and 0.419). In the regression model on curriculum education rehabilitation program satisfaction, the explanatory power was found increase in each model where variable groups were added to individual models (Ｒ2(modification) changed from 0.097 to 0.402, and 408). Concerning the job training rehabilitation program satisfaction, the explanatory power was found to increase in each model where variable groups were added to individual model (Ｒ2(modification) changed from 0.051 to 0.239 and 251). In the regression model, the most important influencing factor was control system. Depending upon the types of rehabilitation program, each model showed different levels of influence. Based on the findings, Specialization of the control system by such a result, it was suggested to provide services that meet the individual desires to feel the short term disposal.
