PLCQ와 DLCQ를 사용한 폴리그래프 검사 처분 일치도 실증 연구

본 연구는 PLCQ와 DLCQ를 사용한 폴리그래프 검사 결과간 형사절차상 처분 결과와의 일치여부에 차이가 있는지 논의하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다. 연구를 위해 국내와 해외 자료를 확인한 바 국내에서는 관련 연구가 없었고 해외에서는 일부 연구가 있었으나 결론이 각기 상이했다. 따라서 실제적인 자료를 수집하여 이번 연구를 하게 되었다. 이를 위해서 실제 사건 피검사자 132명을 대상으로 생리적 반응을 측정하였으며, 폴리그래프 검사 결과와 경찰 및 검찰 처분결과, 법원 처분 결과를 비교하였다. 먼저, PLCQ와 DLCQ를 사용한 검사 결과와 형사 절차상 처분결과를 비교한 결과 PLCQ와 DLCQ를 사용한 검사 결과에서 모두 높은 일치 비율을 보였고, PLCQ와 DLCQ간 일치 비율의 차이는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 더 나아가 교통사범과 형사사범으로 나누어 PLCQ와 DLCQ를 사용한 검사 결과와 형사 절차상 처분 결과의 일치 여부, 채점 시스템에 따른 PLCQ와 DLCQ를 사용한 검사 결과와 형사 절차상 처분 결과의 일치 여부를 살펴본 결과 모두 높은 일치 비율을 보였으며 PLCQ와 DLCQ간 일치 비율의 차이는 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 폴리그래프 검사에서 폴리그래프 검사관이 PLCQ와 DLCQ중 어떤 비교질문을 사용해야 하는지 결정하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
A Field Study on the Disposition Consistency of Polygraph Test Results Using PLCQ and DLCQ Jeong, Eui-Don･Lee, Hye-Ji The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there is a difference in agreement between the results of disciplinary procedures and the results of polygraph results using PLCQ and DLCQ. For the study, domestic and overseas data were confirmed. There was no relevant study in KOREA, and there were some studies abroad, but the conclusions were different. Therefore, this study was conducted by collecting practical data. For this purpose, physiological responses were measured for 132 actual test subjects, and the results of the polygraph test, the results of police and prosecution, and the results of court disposition were compared. First, the comparison between the results of the tests using PLCQ and DLCQ and Criminal procedure disposition results showed a high agreement ratio, and the difference in agreement ratio between PLCQ and DLCQ was not statistically significant. In addition, the results of examining whether the results of the test using PLCQ and DLCQ are consistent with the results of the disposition of the criminal procedure, the results of the test using PLCQ and DLCQ using the scoring system, And the agreement ratio between PLCQ and DLCQ was not significant. Based on these results, it is considered that polygraph examiner in polygraph test can be useful for determining which of the PLCQ and DLCQ comparison questions should be used.
