부산 사상 여중생 납치살해사건의 원인 분석과 대책

Abstract

Recently, the Sexual Violence is rapidly on the increase and spreads over all areas in Korea. It also causes social problems and Damages. In these days, as well as prevalence of the Sex Crime, the Sexual Violence of Child-Adolescent can give more serious damage in our society. Therefore, we prepares newly improved countermeasures to solve this social problem. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the cause of Sexual Violence and to seek for prevention method for the sexual violence case of Middle School Girl in Sasang District of Busan Metropolitan City. The contents of this research are mostly based on analysis and desirable way of improvement for this case. According to the goal of research, First, This paper examines the synopsis of this case. The criminal raped, murdered middle school girl in school. The police had arrested the criminal after fifteen day. Second, we discuss the cause to which the case occurs. we analyze causes from three viewpoints, that is Administrative side, Laws side and Policing side. In administrative side, Administrative authorities, For example Busan Metropolitan City etc, negligently manages redevelopment area. In Laws side, The laws for sexual crime degree is shabby. In policing side, the investigation of police went wrong. Third, Based on the result which analyzes with, we proposes prevention alternative of sexual assault.
