초록
The tourism products of Mongolia have a few numbers of types and brands, their prices are high and they do not differentiate from each other, and they also depend on the seasons. Therefore, these disadvantages have limited opportunities for inflow of the foreign tourists. As Mongolia experiences four seasons and if the utter climate or weather is considered to be the advantage, it can be counted that there is the opportunity to conduct the tourism operations normally attracting the tourists in the winter season. Therefore, the purpose or objective of the research or survey is to reveal the service quality assessment, satisfaction and characters correlation given to the event from the foreign tourists who have participated in the “Ten thousand camels’ celebration” event or the winter tourism event that has been organized continuously for the 22nd year. As a result of the research, we reached the conclusion that as the positive correlation between the service quality assessment and consumers’ satisfaction is increased and the positive correlation between the customer’s satisfaction and the consumer’s characters is increased, the enthusiasm to advertise the event to others, to transmit it positively and bring it again independently will be increased. For the local citizens also, the participations in the event are higher however the gaining income is low therefore the situation is considered to be related with the event organizing structure and it is happening due to the less joint cooperation of the state and private sectors.
