초록
The purpose of this article is to provide detailed examples of how people perceive love. The last part of this work not only provides a wide range of conceptual metaphors and explanations, but also provides translation of each language expression. The latter is evidence that everyone, regardless of culture, used metaphorical thinking. This paper is divided into three parts. First, a brief study of the history of the translation, how to become a mature academic field, and the definition of translation research. The second part introduces the new cognitive theory of heredity and metaphor. Finally, the final part is the metaphor, not the language, but by the metaphor of the concept of love in English and Arabic, trying to prove that the image is a matter of thought. Metaphor is a matter of thinking and not only that of language. This change in perspective has to be taken into consideration when translating metaphors. Romantic concepts are just a small example of how ideas are organized. On a large scale, human beings can understand anything other than speaking, explaining, or even being practical. They don't care about culture, language or ethnic groups, but the source claims that everyone should take care of them.
