재창업 기술중소기업의 혁신특성 차이 및 성과결정요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 과거 창업경험을 보유한 재창업기업의 혁신활동 특성 차이와 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기위하여 기술혁신 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 창업경험은 신규자금조달규모, 내수시장 및 해외시장 비중, 세계최고수준대비 기술경쟁력, 지적재산권, 융복합 공동 R&D비용 지출, 4차 산업혁명 준비수준과 같은 혁신특성에 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 또한 창업경험이 있는 경우 동일업종 창업기간에 따라 재창업기업의 수익성에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 업력은 업종동질성과 동일업종 창업기간에 조절효과로 작용하여 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회적 자산으로 창업경험을 인식·활용하고, 전문성 강화, 재창업 활성화를 위한 지원 프로그램 마련과 실패의 경험을 공유하고 발전시켜 나갈 수 있는 사회적 분위기 형성을 정책적 제언으로 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics difference of innovation activities and the factors affecting the business performance of the serial entrepreneurs. The results show that serial entrepreneurs had higher innovation characteristics than novice. And same industry period of prior firm have a positive effect on subsequent firm performance. Based on results of this study, this study implies that entrepreneurial experience has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial success.
