Integrating L1 Writing Practice into L2 Paragraph Writing for Novice Writers

본 연구는 모국어 글쓰기 수업을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 영어 글쓰기 수업을 같은 시기에 병행해 보았을 때, 모국어 및 영어 글쓰기에 대한 학생들의 인식과 글쓰기 능력향상에 서로 어떤 영향을 미치는지 한 학기 동안 조사 분석하였습니다. 학생들의 영어문단 그리고 모국어 글쓰기 수업시간 문단쓰기 수업내용 및 문단쓰기 샘플, 학기 초 학기말 두 차례 시행한 설문조사를 바탕으로 하였고, 연구 결과, 학생들의 문단이 문단 형식, 내용, 연결어구 사용 측면에서 향상됨을 보입니다. 모국어 글쓰기 수업에서 학생들이 습득한 글쓰기에 대한 일부 지식을 영어 글쓰기에서 활용할 수 있다면, 학생들이 글쓰기에 대해 좀 더 관심과 흥미를 가질 수 있을 것이며, 무엇보다 영어 글쓰기 선생님과 모국어 글쓰기 선생님의 상호협력은 학생들의 글쓰기 능력향상에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료됩니다.
