청소년비행 요인간 관계분석 및 시사점 연구 -중학교 학생 비행을 중심으로-

학교나 국가가 나서서 청소년들의 범죄와 비행을 예방하기 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있기는 하다. 하지만 중학생들의 범죄피해응답률도 상승하고 있어서 중학생들의 범죄와 비행 긴장, 차별적 접촉, 사회유대 요인들이 중1학생 비행에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석으로 가설검정을 하였다. 연구분석은 2018년 한국청소년정책연구원의 중학교 1학년생 패널 대상 설문조사 KCYPS2018m1Yw1 자료를 이용하였다. 긴장, 차별접촉, 사회유대 등의 변수가 중학교 1학년생들의 비행에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석한 결과는 기존의 긴장이론, 차별접촉이론, 사회적 유대이론에 부합하는 것들과 부합하지 않는 것들이 복합적으로 나타났다. 학업 무기력과 우울은 대체로 비행에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 사회적 위축이 되는 학생들은 이를 해소하기 위해 사이버비행이나 현실적 비행을 할 것으로 예상했으나 오히려 비행까지도 위축되는 것으로 나타났다. 스마트폰을 가지고 노는 시간, 스마트폰 의존도가 주말에 영향이 크므로 주말 생활지도에 참고가 요청된다. 부모와 대화시간은 평일에 너무 길게 하지 않는 것이 좋은 것으로 나왔다. 주말에 스스로 공부하는 시간, 학업열의, 동아리활동, 팬덤활동 등은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 나타나지 않는다. 청소년체험활동을 많이 하면 비행이 증가하는 현상도 보였다. 요인에 따라서는 남녀학생 간에 유의미한 효과의 차이도 나타나 학교나 정부에서 중학생비행의 대책을 세우는데도 성별 집단에 따라 차이를 고려할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
Many research has demonstrated that intensive family- and community-based programmes designed to make positive changes in aspects of the various social factors to the juvenile deviance of children. However reducing the middle school student deviance in Korea needs more research on the factors that affect deviance of the middle school students. This thesis analyzed effects of the important factors that affects middle school student deviance through multiple regression method, using the ‘KCYPS2018m1Yw1’ data which is open for the public researches by the National Youth Policy Institute of Korea. Results of the tests of the 16 hypotheses of the deviance factor effects revealed both correspond and non-correspond effects. Strain foactors, such as study lethargy, depression, shrinking, positively affect middle school student deviances, including cyber deviances. Differential association factors positively affects middle school student deviances except some factors. Among social bond factors, revealed positive effects contray to the hypothesis that would negatively affect middle school student deviances. In the week conversation time with his/her parents factor showed positive effects. That means that the longer the time of the conversation with parent, the more deviance behaviors of the students. Furthermore the in and out of school experience activities have positive effects on the deviances contrary to the expectation of the social bond theory. Differences of factor effects on deviances between male and female students in the middle school also exsist in many factors, therefore institutions want to reduce middle school student deviances should consider these differences in the process of making deviance prevention policies.
