도농복합지역 청소년의 인구사회학적 특성과 대인관계가 범죄에 대한 두려움에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 도농복합지역 청소년의 인구사회학적 특성과 대인관계가 범죄에 대한 두려움에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 분석하기 위하여 전라북도 도농복합지역에 거주하는 중학교 및 고등학교 학생을 대상으로 300부를 배부하여 281부를 최종자료로 활용하였다. 본 연구에서 독립변수는 대인관계 요인(부모와의 관계ㆍ교우와의 관계ㆍ교사와의 관계ㆍ외로움)을, 종속변수는 범죄에 대한 두려움(학교범죄ㆍ지역사회범죄)을, 통제변수는 청소년의 인구사회학적 특성(성별ㆍ연령)을 선정하였다 그리고 자료 분석은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, t-검증, 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구 결과를 보면 첫째, 도농복합지역 청소년의 인구사회학적 특성인 성별과 연령에 따라 범죄에 대한 두려움 인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 남학생보다 여학생이 학교범죄와 지역사회범죄에 대한 두려움이 크고, 연령이 높을수록 학교범죄와 지역사회범죄에 대한 두려움이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 기존의 선행연구 결과와 유사하다. 둘째, 이러한 연구결과는 인구사회학적 특성이 청소년의 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 분석하면 보완설명이 가능하다. 연령이 높을수록 부모에 대한 부정적 요인이 강하고 외로움을 많이 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 이 연구결과를 일반화하기 위해서는 범죄에 대한 두려움과 관련한 변인을 더 포함하고 대도시에 거주하는 학생들을 표본으로 선정하여 비교할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand affecting factors by applying main variables based on theories presented by preceding research in order to identify the relation of socio-demographic characteristics, interpersonal relationships and fear of crime in urban-rural residential adolescent's. The Survey polled the 300 middle and high school students in North Jeolla Province, 281 of which replied. In a related move, this study selected the independent variables (interpersonal relationships), the dependent variables(school-related crimes and crimes in the community) and the control variables such as adolescent's sex and age. As statistical analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test and multiple regression analysis were conducted by using the SPSS statistical package 11.5. The followings are the results of statistical analyses. First, there are differences between the adolescent's socio-demographic characteristics and the perception on the fear of crime. Female students did better than male students in the fear of crime such as school-related crimes and crimes in the community. and the higher the Adolescent's age, the larger the fear of crime become. All the previous surveys has shown similar results. Secondly, we need to interpret carefully the control variables that age show meaningful relations with adolescent's interpersonal relationships.
