본 논문은 고령화의 문제에 대한 신학적 응답을 제시함을 목적으로 한다. 이를위하여우선고령화현상을고찰하고, 그에대한부정적시각과긍정적 시각을 검토한다. 이러한 검토를 기반으로 지금까지의 신학적논의를점검한다. 여기서중요한것은여러신학적응답의나열이아니라, 본논문이지향하는바, 고령화의문제해결을그본질적인면에서추구하는 방향을 설정하는 것이다. 이에 노년에 대해서 신학적으로 긍정적인 방향을 설정하고자 하는 시도와 교회의 노인 교육을 새롭게 정초하는연구를집중적으로검토한다. 본논문이지향하는바, 노년을위한신학적과제로나는노인의주체성에대한자각과노인교육과정을중점적으로고찰한다. 잊지말아야할점은유동적지능과결정적지능에대한새로운연구이다. 노인들의결정적지능에기초한교회사역에의주체적참여및노인교육의새로운패러다임은하나의모범사례로서고령화문제를해결하는단초가될수있다. 특별히세대간상호교수-학습교과과정은고령화시대에닥친세대갈등의문제를해결하는새로운가능성을제시할수있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present a theological response to the problem of aging. To this end, the aging phenomenon is first considered, and negative and positive views on it are reviewed. Based on this review, the theological discussion so far is reviewed. What is important here is not to list various theological responses, but to set the direction that this thesis aims to pursue in its essential aspect to solve the problem of aging. In this regard, attempts to set a theologically positive direction for old age and studies to establish a new foundation for the education of the elderly in the church are intensively reviewed. As this thesis aims, as a theological task for the elderly, I focus on the elderly's awareness of subjectivity and the education process for the elderly. What should not be forgotten is the new study of fluid and crystallized intelligence. The new paradigm of active participation in church ministry and education for the elderly based on the crystallized intelligence of the elderly can serve as a starting point for solving the aging problem as an exemplary case. In particular, the intergenerational teachinglearning curriculum will present new possibilities for resolving the problem of generational conflict in the age of aging.
