초등 예비 교사의 교수 행동 양식에 대한 시사점 고찰 - 음악교과 수업 시연 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 음악 교과 수업 시연 사례들에 나타난 초등 예비 교사들의 교수 행동 양식을 고찰하고 이에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한 연구이다. 시사점 도출을 위해 수업 중 드러나는 교수 행동 양식을 해석하고 분류․분석할 수 있는 틀(Frame)에 대해 알아보았다. 본 연구를 통해 가장 두드러지게 드러난 예비 교사들의 교수 행동으로는 언어를 사용한 지시적 전달이 수업에 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다는 점과 반면 발문이나 학생들의 질문에 대한 피드백을 통해 학생들의 수업 내용에 대한 사고력을 자극할 수 있는 담화를 형성하는 것을 가장 어려워하고 있었다. 예비교사들의 교수 행동 양식에 대한 이해는 이들이 곧 현장 교사가 된다는 점에서 현장 초등 수업의 질적 향상을 위한 시사점을 갖는데 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
Abstract
This research is intended to understand on pre-service teacher’s teaching behavior in elementary music classes. In order to conduct this, research data were collected from thirty elementary music classes. These classes were part of training sessions for pre-service teachers. To analyze the collected research materials, ‘a frame’ has been designed specifically for this research, based on previous researches related to the subject. As a result, the msot apparent feature was a ‘lecture’. This was the most used form of verbal teaching behavior in music classes, and also takes up more than fifty per-cent of each class time. On the other hand, the least apparent form during the classes was a ‘discourse’. Although this discourse with students could encourage the students’ learning process voluntarily. Understanding of pre-service teacher’s teaching behaviors helps find a better way to train them.
