The war occurred between Japan and China in 1937. Japan rushed into the system of the war by the war outbreak. For this, Japanese Government made the people inject the spirit of the nation and managed goods and person necessary for the war. thus, substantial system of the war was established. This was applied to Korea of Japan’ colony. By the way, Korea was not so though Japan had received the effect of war immediately. The reason for the thought and the attitude to the war and the nation is that the Japanese and the Korean are different.
