초록

블록체인 기술은 경제뿐 아니라 예술과 문화에도 많은 영향을 끼쳐왔다. 음악 산업에 있어서는, 메타버스가 음악가들의 새로운 무대가 되고, 음악 스트리밍 서비스의 수익 구조가 변화하고, 음악가와 팬들의 상호작용 방식이 변화하고 있다. 음악 창작에 있어서는, 기존의 전통적 공연과 NFT(대체 불가능 토큰)를 연결하려는 시도들이 있고, 생성예술 및 생성음악이 조명을 받고 있다. 이러한 변화가 사람들의 문화 속에 자리 잡을 수 있을지는 더 두고 봐야 할 것이다. 무엇인가를 ‘예술’이라고 부르기까지는 꽤 오랜 시간이 필요하기 때문이다.

Abstract

Blockchain technology has had a lot of influence not only on the economy but also on art and culture. In the music industry, metaverses are becoming a new stage for musicians, the revenue structure of music streaming services is changing, and the way musicians and fans interact is changing. In music creation, there are attempts to connect existing traditional performances with NFT, and generative art and generative music are being spotlighted. It remains to be seen whether these changes can be established in people’s culture. This is because it takes quite a long time to call something ‘art’.
