실내공간의 생활 행태 및 이미지선호에 관한 연구

실내공간에 대한 사용행태 및 인식조사와 실내이미지 선호를 파악하기 위한 연구로 홍성군에 거주하는 최근에 임대에서 분양으로 전환된 JG 아파트를 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구와 사전조사 및 본 조사를 실시하였으며, 면접형 설문조사로 2006년 11월9일～12일까지 45인 주부를 대상으로 1인당 20～30분이 소요되었다. 설문지의 구성내용은 연령, 성별, 결혼여부, 월소득 그리고 주택규모 등 사회인구학적인 변인과 실내공간의 사용방식으로 생활행태 및 실내디자인에 관한 문항으로 구성하였다. 그 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 거실공간의 생활행태에 대한 인식은 실내공간의 생활행태와 관련된 거주성, 각 실의 배치와 관련된 방향성, 실내장식을 위한 자료수집이나 비용투자로 디자인 투자성, 실내공간의 가구의 변경에 따른 가구배치, 실내공간의 기능성, 현관의 위치 그리고 현관환경에 대한 7가지 요인으로 나타났다. 거실공간의 이미지에 대해서는 시원하고 개방적인 이미지를 가장 선호하며 그 다음으로는 가족중심의 수수한 이미지, 밝은 색의 고급스런 이미지와 개인중심의 편리한 이미지 순으로 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
As living condition has improved, agreeable living environmental plans that reflect residential traits are needed from the first stage of housing selection or interior construction. At the request of above, we need systematically study about the housewife’s perception and preference of living-room space design. The purpose of this study is to suggest the case of preferred interior by understanding preferred interior image and to provide guidance of livingroom design of Apartment Housing in Hongseong Eup. The subjects of research were 45 persons resided JG Apartments. The study methods are literature study, actual observation and questionnaires survey. The specific results are as follows; first, examine the perception of domestic behavior, furniture arrangement, direction and divination by configuration of the ground. Second, investigate the preference image in 6-type living-room images: two images with simple and the pleasures of a happy home, bright and elegant image, dark color and courteous image, convenience image and open and spacious image.
