국내 공동주택에서의 세부공사별 환경영향도 비교‧분석에 관한 연구

본 연구는 산업연관분석법을 이용하여 국내 공동주택에서의 공종 및 세부공사에 따른 환경영향을 비교‧분석하였다. 공동주택 27개 단지 총 274동에 대한 내역서 분석을 통해 세부공사의 범위를 선정하였으며 이에 따른 각각의 환경영향을 평가하였다. 분석결과 건축, 기계, 전기‧통신, 토목, 조경 총 5가지 공종에 속한 90가지의 세부공사가 나타났으며, 이에 따른 환경영향 비율은 전체 3.58E-02/㎡ 중 건축 73.3%, 기계 10.9%, 토목, 8.2%, 조경 4.8%, 전기‧통신 2.8% 순으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
Recently, with the environmental problem expanding into a worldwide one, the assessment of pollutant production, which causes such an environmental problem, is working as a major factor in determining the growth & future of industrial development. However, in case of buildings, as they consist of numerous materials, the calculation of pollutant production wasn't properly made, actually making it very difficult to do the job. Hereupon, this study, targeting the apartment out of buildings, evaluated comparison according to environment impact by detailed construction type in domestic apartment.
