본 연구의 목적은 그림책을 활용한 LT협동학습이 유아의 셀프리더십과 창의성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 실험집단 유아 25명에게 8주 동안 매주 2회 총 16회에 걸쳐 그림책을 활용한 LT협동학습을 실시하였고, 통제집단의 유아 25명에게는 개별학습을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그림책을 활용한 LT협동학습을 실시한 결과 실험집단의 유아가 통제집단의 유아보다 셀프리더십 전체와 하위 요인인 행동전략, 보상전략, 사고전략에서 모두 높은 점수를 나타냈으며 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 즉, 그림책을 활용한 LT협동학습이 유아들의 셀프리더십 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 그림책을 활용한 LT협동학습을 실시한 결과 실험집단의 유아가 통제집단의 유아보다 창의성의 전체와 하위 요인인 유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 상상력에서 모두 높은 점수를 나타냈으며 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 즉, 그림책을 활용한 LT협동학습이 유아들의 창의성 신장에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of LT cooperative learning using picture books on children's self-leadership and creativity. The subjects of this study were 50 five-year-old children who were sampled from a kindergarten in Incheon. The children were assigned in two groups: 25 children in the experimental group and 25 children in the control group. Children's self-leadership was measured by the tool developed by Choi Jayoon(2009). And, K-CCTYC developed by Jeon Kyungwon(2000) was used to measure children's creativity. LT cooperative learning using picture books was conducted twice a week, total 16 times for the experimental group, while individual learning with the same contents was performed for the control group. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. First, the experimental group had higher grades than the control group in action strategy, compensation strategy and thinking strategy, which are self-leadership component. The results show that LT cooperative learning using picture books can have positive effects on improving children's self-leadership. Second, the experimental group scored higher than the control group in fluency, flexibility, creativity, imagination, which are self-leadership component. The findings suggest that LT cooperative learning using picture books is helpful for children by improving their creativity.
