교직 논술 평가 요소로서 논리적 체계성에 대한 연구

이 연구는 교직 논술의 평가 요소로서 논리적 체계성을 비판적으로 고찰하고 개선 방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 먼저 교직 논술과 논리적 체계성의 개념과 특징을 살펴보았다. 논리적체계성은 교직 논술의 평가 요소 중 하나로 논술을 논술답게 만들어 주고 교직 전문성을 판단할 수 있는 사고력과 표현력 등의 핵심 요소들이 투영된 결정체라는 점에서 중요한 평가 요소임에도 불구하고그 동안 연구나 관심이 부족하였다. 이러한 인식을 바탕으로 본 연구자는 임용 시험이 시작된 1991년부터 최근까지 교직 논술에서 논리적 체계성의 평가가 어떻게 이루어져 왔는지 그 실태를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 교직 논술 평가에서는 논리적 체계성의 중요성을 강조하면서도 논제 제시, 평가 요소 제시, 배점 면에서 미흡한 점이 나타났다. 논리적 체계성의 중요성을 강조하면서도 정작 평가에서는 배점이 낮고 변별력을 별로 갖지 못할 가능성이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 연구자는 이를 토대로 향후 교직 논술에서 논리적 체계성을 평가함에 있어 다음과 같은 네 가지 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 논리적 체계성에 대한 배점의 확대를 제안하였다. 논리적 체계성은 교직 논술에서 초등 교사의 사고력과 표현력을평가할 수 있는 핵심 요소이다. 둘째, 논리적 체계성에 대한 평가 요소를 세분화하고 명료화할 것을 제안하였다. 이를 통하여 수험생에게 좀더 명확한 지침을 제공하고 채점자간 신뢰도를 제고할 수 있다. 셋째, 논리적 체계성에 대한 평가 실효성을 제고할 것을 제안하였다. 필자 주도로 논리적 체계를 구성할 수 있어야 하고, 이에 대한 평가는 유의미한 효력을 가져야 한다. 넷째, 논리적 체계성에 대한 평가전문성을 확보하여 평가의 신뢰도를 높일 것을 제안하였다. 이를 위해서는 교직 논술 평가 전문가의양성이 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to critically examine the logical systemicity as an evaluation elementof teaching essay writing and to propose improvement plans. To achieve this purpose, first, theconcepts and characteristics of the teaching essay and logical system were examined. Logicalsystemicity is an important evaluation factor in the evaluation of teaching essay writing in that it isa crystal reflecting key elements such as thinking ability and expressiveness. Nevertheless, researchand interest have been lacking over the past years. I critically reviewed the actual state of how thelogical systemicity was evaluated in the essay writing of the teaching profession from 1991, when theappointment test began to the latest. As a result, while emphasizing the importance of logicalsystemicity in the evaluation of teaching essay writing, it was insufficient in the presentation of theessay task, the presentation of evaluation elements, and the point allocation. Based on this, theresearcher suggested four ways to improve the evaluation of the logical systemicity in the future. First, it was proposed to expand the distribution points for logical systemicity. logical systemicity isa key factor in evaluating the thinking and expression of elementary school teachers in teachingessay writing. Second, it was proposed to subdivide and clarify the evaluation elements for logicalsystemicity. Through this, it is possible to provide clearer guidelines to examinees and to increase thereliability of the scorers. Third, it was proposed to improve the effectiveness of evaluation on logicalsystemicity. The author should be able to construct a logical system, and the evaluation should havea meaningful effect. Fourth, it was proposed to increase the reliability of evaluation by improving theevaluation expertise in teaching essay writing. For this, it is necessary to cultivate experts inevaluating teaching essay writing.
