This study focuses on the oversea agriculture development strategy and its implementation. Korea should prepare specific strategies for the oversea agriculture development. Recently the world grain prices have rapidly sky-rocketed. Korea is the fifth largest in volume among food import countries in the world. Korea has experienced huge difficulties particularly in livestock and food industry. The trend of combing the food security with the energy security makes the structure of grain supply and demand more complex. As the importance of Food Security is becoming an international issue, Korea has to consider positive ‘agriculture Cooperations’with Central-Asia,Kyrgyzstan for establishment of stable food supply foundation in Korea. There are promising measures to invest and cooperate with Central Asia in the agricultural sector, such as direct investment,export of farm machinery.
