유고슬라비아 체제전환 배경과 기원 연구: ‘티토이즘’ 붕괴와 ‘문화적 민족주의’ 부활의 관점에서

초록

유고연방의 체제전환 배경과 그 기원을 이해하는 데 있어 1980년 티토의 사망은 중요한 요소를 차지하고 있다. 티토의 사망은 곧 유고연방 유지의 구심체였던 ‘티토이즘’의 소멸과 함께, 연방 붕괴를 촉진한 ‘문화적 민족주 의’ 부활로 이어졌기 때문이다. 티토는 1948년 소련과의 코민포름 분쟁 경 험을 통해 ‘티토이즘’의 3대 축을 구축했다. 즉 외교정책으로서의 ‘비동맹 주의’, 사회, 경제정책으로서의 ‘자주관리제도’ 그리고 민족정책으로서의 정 치적 민족주의인 ‘유고슬라비즘’을 바탕으로 유고연방을 유지해 왔었다. 본 연구에선 유고연방 사례를 중심으로 동유럽 체제전환 배경과 기원에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 특히, 본 연구에선 티토 사망 이후 전개된 티토 재평가 확산과 경제위기가 어떤 결과를 가져왔는지?, ‘티토이즘’의 축들이 어떻 게 붕괴하였는지? 그리고 사회주의 이념 아래 잠재됐던 ‘문화적 민족주의’ 가 어떻게 부활해 연방 붕괴와 체제전환을 불러왔는지? 에 대해 연구하고 자 한다.

Abstract

In order to understand the background and origins of the System Transition to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia(SFRY), the death of Tito in 1980 was an important factor. The death of Tito soon led to the disappearance of ‘Titoism’, the center of the Yugoslavia, and the revival of ‘Cultural Nationalism (Serbianism ...)’ that promoted the collapse of the SFRY. In 1948, Tito built the three pillars of ‘Titoism’ through experience in the ‘Comminform Conflict’ with the Soviet Union. In other words, the SFRY has been maintained on the basis of ‘Non-Aligned Movement’ as a Foreign policy, “Self-Management System” as a Social and Economic policy, and ‘Yugoslavism’, a Political nationalism as a National policy. In this study, I would like to analyze the background and origin of the System Transition in the Eastern European regime, focusing on the case of the SFRY. In particular, in this study, what was the result of the spread of the Tito re-evaluation and economic crisis?, and how did the axes of ‘Titoism’ collapse? And I am going to study how did ‘Cultural Nationalism’, which was latent under the socialist ideology, resurrected, causing the collapse of the SFRY and the System Transition?
