The purpose of this paper is to examine the transformational meaning of Stanislavsky's Method of Physical Actions. Throughout his life Stanislavsky explored scientific methods of creating theatrical truths easily and surely, and devoted himself to the creation of true emotions through experience. In the last years, however, Stanislavsky develops Method of Physical Actions by doing a kind of “turn” from inner experience to outer actions. This is a remarkable methodology that controls the emotions willingly and consciously, and is the result of all the experiences and theoretical achievements of Stanislavsky.
