This thesis aims to look into the consciousness of our society by examining the tone and attitude of the domestic media from the beginning of the Ukrainian War to the present. Currently, korean media reports on the war in Ukraine are problematic because they rely entirely on news delivered by the British and American media, without direct investigation reports. Therefore, there is a problem of Discourse Formation. In our media reports on war, we can see an intention to put the essential problem of war to the responsibility of a specific country. But there is no absolute good, nor is there absolute evil in international community where we live today. Considering this, it is necessary to look at the problem with a more objective attitude. It is not easy to find the solutions to complex problems connected with historical, political and cultural factors of Russia and Ukraine. Even so, the attitude of the media is very regrettable because the media should examine this issue from various point of view and it should play its role to make people think about the implication of the current situation and find the solution for the future. The biased and definitive reporting style shown by the Korean media can bring negative effect to Korea's geopolitical interests and to relations with neighboring countries in the future. Dealing with US and Russian ‘Reports transmitting propaganda messages' we are currently faced with important tasks to overcome the 'Politics of Hate' prevalent in our society and to secure neutrality and objective facts.
