Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effects of informal learning activity on the relationship between boundaryless career attitude and subjective career success of office workers in large corporations. As a result of the analysis, there was a positive correlation between boundaryless career attitude and subjective career success and it was verified that the informal learning activity had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the two. In conclusion, in order to increase the subjective career success of office workers, boundaryless career attitude and informal learning activity are necessary. First, office workers must actively engage in various experiences beyond the boundaries to improve the boundaryless career attitude. The organizations also need to understand the characteristics of workers and provide active support. Second, for informal learning activity, it is necessary for workers to share experiences and cooperate with others and be active in utilizing various human and material resources. In addition, organizations will need to create a culture and environment that encourages learning.
