본 연구는 다문화 교육을 위한 수업을 설계하고 운영하는 데 있어 필요한 교수·학습 방법론에 대한 이해와 실천 방안에 대한 연구의 기초를 제공하는 것에 목적이 있다. 다문화 교육의 특성 상 학습의 과정과 결과적 측면에서 학습자의 다양성과 평등성을 고려하면서 학습자 스스로가 능동적인 인지적·태도적 변화까지 가능한 학습 결과를 가져와야 한다. 이에 교수방법의 접근에 있어서는 구성주의 교수학습이론에 기반하여 학습자의 경험을 통해 형성된 다양한 지식의 상대성을 이해하고 이를 다른 학습자들과 공유하고 문제를 해결할 수 있는 학습자 참여적 방법을 구현할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 문제중심학습(Problem Based Learning: 이하 PBL)의 Seven Jump 모형의 원리와 함께 학습자의 성찰적 학습이 이뤄지는 과정을 면면히 다룬 사회과 다문화 수업 지도안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study is aimed for suggesting and being understood about the methodology of instructional design and implementing for multi-cultural instruction. In the part of multi-cultural education teachers have to consider the learner’s variety and to be participated the learners using the various teaching methodologies. It is needed to be developed a practical method to solve the problem of multi-cultural education through the learner’s experiences based on the constructivism. So this study suggests a real instructional guide and develops an instructional model of PBL. Also this study puts forward a practical instructional design content and resources.
