中文提要：孔子是中国文化的奠基者之一，是中国教育史上最早的职业教 师，也是中国教育史乃至世界教育史最伟大的教育家之一。孔子继承“三代”的 学校教育，并进行了创造性的革新，主要表现在：开启了私人办学的模式，贯彻 有教无类的教育理念，实施“德才兼备”的教学内容与目标，提倡因材施教、循 循善诱、学思罔殆、不启不发、情感交流、教学相长的教学方法。孔子的教育思 想及改革推动了中华文明的发展，使之成为享誉世界的“四大文明古国”之一， 并影响及日本、韩国以及东南亚诸国的国民教育理念和心理。
Abstract
Confucius is one of the founders of the Chinese culture. He is the earliest professional teacher in China and also one of the greatest educators in the history of Chinese education, and even in the world’s. Confucius inherited the schooling from the Three Dynasties and made a creative reform on it, which mainly shows on: Confucius originated private education in China and realized the notion of “Education without Discrimination”, made both morality and intelligence the aim and content of teaching, advocated teaching according to everyone’s aptitude and giving them orderly guidance.，learning with thinking and teachers’ exchanges with students in emotion and mutual improvements for both teachers and students. Confucius’ thoughts and reform on education promoted the development of Chinese culture and contributed it to be one of the Four Great Civilizations in Ancient World and influenced deeply on the educational notions of Japanese, Korean and the people in southeast-Asian countries.
