자녀 건강에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 관계 연구: 부모 건강인식, 자녀 건강인식, 자녀 건강효능감, 부모 커뮤니케이션 능력을 중심으로

초록

본 연구의 목적은 자녀의 건강의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 부모 건강인식, 자녀 건강인식, 자녀 건강효능감, 부모 커뮤니케이션 능력 등을 중심으로 요인 간 관계를 살펴보고자 했다. 여중생과 그의 부모 중 1인이 짝을 이뤄 설문에 참여했고, 구조방정식 모델을 통해 수집된 자료를 분석했다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 부모 건강인식은 자녀 건강인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부모의 건강인식이 자녀 건강효능감, 자녀 건강의도에는영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 자녀 건강인식은 자녀 건강효능감에 영향을미치나 자녀 건강의도에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 부모 커뮤니케이션 능력은 자녀 건강인식에 영향을 미치나 자녀 건강효능감이나 자녀 건강의도에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 자녀 건강효능감은 자녀 건강의도에 비교적 강력하게 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 부모 건강인식, 자녀 건강인식, 자녀 건강효능감의 간접효과와 자녀 건강인식, 자녀 건강효능감, 자녀 건강의도의 간접효과가 나타났다. 부모 커뮤니케이션 능력, 자녀 건강인식, 자녀 건강효능감의 간접효과 또한 통계적으로 유의미했다. 부모 건강인식이 직접적으로 자녀 건강의도에는 영향을 미치지 않으나, 자녀 건강인식을매개로 해 자녀 건강효능감에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 자녀 건강인식은 자녀 건강효능감에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 요인이며, 부모 커뮤니케이션 능력 또한 자녀 건강인식을 매개로 해 자녀 건강효능감에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 자녀의 건강의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 간관계를 밝힐 수 있었으며, 매개효과를 검정해 향후 자녀 건강의도를 높일수 있는 방안 등을 제안했다

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship structure among factors such as Parent’s perception on health, children’s perception on health, children’s health self efficacy, parental communication ability as factors influencing children’s health behavior intention. Middle school students and their parents participated in the questionnaire and analyzed the data through the structural equation model. First, parent’s perception on health was found to affect children’s perception on health. However, parent’s perception on health did not affect children’s health behavior intention and children’s health self efficacy. Second, children’s perception on health affected children’s health self efficacy but did not affect children’s health behavior intention. Third, parental communication ability was found to affect children’s perception on health but did not affect children’s health self efficacy and children’s health behavior intention. Fourth, children’s health self efficacy influenced children’s health behavior intention strongly. Fifth, there are indirect effects among parent’s perception on health, children’s perception on health, children’s health self efficacy and children’s perception on health, children’s health self efficacy children’s health behavior intention. There are also indirect effect among parental communication ability, children’s perception on health, children’s health self efficacy. In this study, parent’s perception on health did not directly affect the children’s health intention but it affected the child’s health self efficacy by mediated child health perception. Children’s health perception was a significant factor influencing children’s health efficacy, and parent communication ability also influenced children’s health self efficacy by mediated child health perception. This study can provide the theoretical and practical implications to consider the factors affecting the children’s health intentions and to examine the mediating effects to improve the child’s health intention in the future.
