조화로운 삶'을 위한 '보살핌의 경제론'의 함의와 '대안 경제론'으로서의 가능성

초록

본 연구는 독일을 중심으로 발전하고 있는 ‘보살핌의 경제론(Vorsorgendes Wirtschaft, pre-caring economy)’을 소개하고, 생태위기와 삶의 위기를 극복할 수 있는 대안 경제론으로의 가능성을 타진한다. 분석의 순서는 다음과 같다. 먼저 ‘보살핌의 경제론’의 성립배경과 연혁 및 함의를 살펴본다. 다음으로 ‘보살핌의 경제론’의 이론적 바탕을 살펴보고, ‘보살핌의 경제론’이 제시하는 경제행위의 원칙을 분석한다. 이를 기반으로 ‘보살핌의 경제론’의 실현방식과 비전을 살펴보고, ‘보살핌의 경제론’의 현실적인 함의를 분석한다. 마지막으로 ‘보살핌의 경제론’의 긍정적 기여와 한계 및 보완점을 제시한다.

Abstract

This study investigates the theory and practice of ‘Vorsorgendes Wirtschaft (pre-caring economy)’ which developed in Germany and attempted to establish the alternative economics and economic mode against the crisis of life and ecology. The goal of this study is to analyze the possibility of the ‘pre-caring economy.’ This paper tries first to study development of network of the ‘pre-caring economy’ in Germany and his background, second to illuminate the theoretical basis and the concept and three principles of the ‘pre-caring economy’, third to investigate the cases applied the theory in actual practice, finally to consider the pros and cons of the ‘pre-caring economy.’
