이 연구는 소방 조직의 구성원인 소방 공무원이 직무 수행을 실제 어떻게 하고 있는지에 대한 근거 이론적 분석이다. 논의의 진행은 다음의 순서를 따른다. 우선 본 연구의 분석 방법인 근거 이론이 무엇인지를 현상학적 관점에서 이야기 한다. 둘째, 분석을 위한 자료 수집 및 분석 과정에 대해 적시한다. 셋째, 자료에 대한 근거 이론적 분석을 통해 도출한 아홉 가지 유형의 소방 공무원 직무수행 행태를 현시(顯示)한다. 결론에서는 본 연구가 가지고 있는 한계점 및 분석 결과에 기초하여 본 연구가 앞으로 발전적으로 수행하고자 하는 연구 과제 하나를 제시한다.
Abstract
This is a grounded analysis of the performance of fire service officials'duties. We begin with an illustration of grounded analysis in the viewpoint of phenomenology. Next, we present nine types of the performance of fire service officials' duties, which have been derived from a grounded analysis of the data collected. As presenting the nine types derived from a grounded analysis of the data collected, the study shows that the performance of fire service officials'duties is the process in which they consciously or pre-consciously construct their working relationship with the things that they encounter in their world of work, which is sometimes in social interactions with others. Finally, we reveal a limitation of the study and suggest a future research topic related to this study.
