초록
This study examined the effect of internal environmental locus of control (INELOC) on behavioral intentions in the context of eco-friendly broadcasting home shopping (hereafter EFBHS). In addition, this study investigated the differences among the four sub-dimensions of INELOC (i.e. green consumers, environmental activists, environmental advocates, and recyclers) based on the respondents’ demographic factors. The research was conducted based on 299 samples, and data analysis results indicated that partial differences in the four dimensions of INELOC were found in demographic factors, such as gender, age, education level, monthly income, period of use, frequency of use, and average amount spent. In addition, the results showed that three dimensions of INELOC (i.e. environmental activists, environmental advocates, and recyclers) significantly affect behavioral intentions.
