중국 대학의 한국어교육은 한․중 수교를 계기로 불과 20년의 짧은 기간 동안 급성장하여 눈부신 성과를 얻었으나, 양적 팽창에 따른 교수진의 전문성 부족과 현실 수요에 부응하는 교육과정의 부재로 인하여 적지 않은 문제점들을 안고 있다. 이 논문은 중국 대학의 한국어교육의 현실을 살핌으로써 문제점을 진단하며, 해결방안을 모색하고 발전방향을 제시하는 데에 목적을 두고 있다. 이 논문에서 중국 대학에서 실시하는 4년제 한국어교육을 연구 대상으로, 실질적인 자료를 토대로 하여 한국어교육의 발전 과정을 정리하고, 경제 교류와 한류 열풍 등 측면에서 발전 동인을 찾아내며, 실제 운영, 교육 모델과 교육 내용에 입각하여 한국어교육 현황을 고찰하고, 지역적 분포, 교육과정 개설, 교수진 개발 등 방면에서의 문제점들을 밝혔다. 이를 바탕으로 ‘양적 팽창 억제’, ‘인재 배양 모델의 다양화’, ‘문화교육을 중시하는 차원 높은 한국어교육’ 등 해결방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Owing to the established Korean-Chinese diplomacy, Korean teaching in the Chinese universities has developed very fast and made outstanding achievement in the past 20 years. Nevertheless, some problems also arise due to insufficient preparation. This thesis explores Korean teaching for the undergraduates in the Chinese universities. Looking back to the development of Korean teaching in China, this thesis reveals its motivation from the viewpoint of economic interaction and Korean popularity, and investigates the teaching conditions in terms of practical management and teaching modes. In addition, some problems are illustrated from the perspective of different regions, curriculum establishment, talent training and teaching staff. Meanwhile, some solutions are put forward, such as the varying training models, weighing cultural education, etc., in an attempt to objectively evaluate the Korean teaching in China and serve to further promote the Korean teaching in Chinese universities.
