본 연구의 목적은 기업의 기업루틴, 기술전략, 기술역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는 것이다. 이론연구를 바탕으로 기업루틴, 기술전략, 기술역량 간의 연구모델을 설정하였다. 실증 분석을 위해 122개의 제조 기업을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하고 이를 PLS를 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 기업루틴은 기술전략과 기술역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 기술전략과 기술역량은 기업성과에 유의적인 긍정적 영향을 미치는 점을 확인하였다. 그리고 기술전략은 기술역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 기업 보유한 루틴과 기업성과 사이의 관계에서 기술과 관련된 전략과 역량이 매개 역할을 수행하는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 따라서 기업루틴과 기술전략, 기술역량 간의 관계는 하나의 연결된 루틴으로 볼 수 있다. 기업루틴과 기술전략, 기술역량의 관계를 일련의 기술경영루틴으로 정의한 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of firm routines, technological strategies and technological capability on firm performance in the technology industry. To achieve this goal, research model was empirically tested with a survey from 122 Korea manufacturing companies. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). As a result, firm routines, technology strategic and technology capability have significant and positive impact on firm performance. It is a meaningful result that the firm routines improve the firm performance through technology strategic and technology capability of the firm. Therefore, the relationship among firm routine, technology strategy and technology capability can be seen as a single connected routine. It is important to note that the relationship among firm routine, technology strategies and technology competencies is defined as a of technical management routines.
