초기 청소년기 부모애착이 또래애착에 미치는 영향: 거절민감성과 사회불안의 순차적 매개효과

초록

본 연구는 초기 청소년의 부모애착과 또래애착 간 관계에서 거절민감성과 사회불안의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구모형의 검증을 위해 SPSS STATISTICS 23.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro(Model number 6)를 활용하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 초기 청소년의 부모애착은 또래애착에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, Bootstrapping 실시 결과, 초기 청소년의 부모애착은 거절민감성을 매개로 또래애착에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부모애착은 사회불안을 매개로 또래애착에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 부모애착과 또래애착 간 관계에서 거절민감성과 사회불안의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 초기 청소년의 부모애착은 거절민감성과 사회불안의 순차적 매개로 또래애착에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 초기 청소년의 부모애착이 낮을수록 거절민감성이 높아지며 이것이 사회불안을 높여 결국 초기 청소년의 또래애착에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구는 초기 청소년의 부모애착과 또래애착의 관계에서 이를 매개하는 청소년의 심리·정서적 기제를 구체적으로 밝혔다는 것에 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 시사점과 제언이 제시되었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the sequential mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and social anxiety in the relationship between parental attachment and peer attachment in early adolescents. The results of analysis using SPSS STATISTICS 23.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro for verification of the research model are as follows. First, it was found that parental attachment of the early adolescent had a significant effect on peer attachment. Second, as a result of conducting bootstrapping, parental attachment of the early adolescents was found to have an effect on peer attachment through mediation of rejection sensitivity. In addition, it was found that parental attachment affects peer attachment through mediation of social anxiety. Lastly, it was found that in early adolescents parental attachment affects peer attachment through sequential mediation of rejection sensitivity and social anxiety. This result means that the lower the parental attachment of the early adolescent, the higher the rejection sensitivity, and this increases social anxiety, which in turn can negatively affect the early youth's peer attachment. This study has significance in that it revealed concretely the psychological and emotional mechanisms of adolescents who mediate it in the relationship between parental attachment and peer attachment of early adolescents. Implications and suggestions for this study were presented.
