중학교 체육수업에서 교사의 자율성지지와 학생의 동료 간 관계성 지지가 그릿에 미치는 영향: 마인드셋의 조절효과

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 체육수업에서 교사의 자율성지지와 학생의 동료 간 관계성지지가 그릿에 미치는 영향에서 마인드셋의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 B지역의 중학생 560명을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 549부를 연구에 사용하였고, 수집된 자료를 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 설문지의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 Cronbach’s α를, 요인 간 조절효과 검증을 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육교사의 자율성지지가 중학생의 그릿에 미치는 영향에서 마인드셋의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 교사의 자율성지지가 학생의 흥미일관성에 미치는 영향에서 고정마인드셋이 유의한 상호작용을 보임에 따라 정적인 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이외에 상호작용은 나타나지 않았으나, 교사의 자율성지지와 학생의 성장마인드셋이 노력지속성에, 고정마인드셋이 흥미일관성과 노력지속성에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육수업에서 중학생의 동료 간 관계성지지가 그릿에 미치는 영향에서 마인드셋의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 동료 간 관계성지지가 학생의 흥미일관성에 미치는 영향에서 고정마인드셋이 유의한 상호작용을 함에 따라 정적인 조절효과가 있으며, 교사의 자율성지지보다 동료 간 관계성지지와 고정마인드셋의 상호작용이 더 높은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 체육수업에서 교사로부터 제공된 자율성지지보다 학생들이 또래관계 속에서 지지를 받고 고정마인드셋의 성향이 강할수록 흥미일관성 수준이 높은 경향이 있다. 또한 상호작용은 나타나지 않았으나, 동료 간 관계성지지와 학생의 고정마인드셋이 각각 흥미일관성과 노력지속성에, 성장마인드셋이 노력지속성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the moderating effect of mindset in middle school physical education class in the effect of teachers' autonomy and student's peer-to-peer relationship support on GRIT. For this purpose, 560 middle school students in B area were surveyed and 549 copies were used except for the unfair questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 program. In order to verify the validity and reliability, exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's α were performed. In addition, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to verify the effect of adjustment among the factors. The concrete results are as follows. First, First, after examining moderating effect of mindset in the effect of physical education teacher autonomy on the GRIT of middle school students, static moderating effect was found as fixed mindset showed significant interaction on the relation between teacher's autonomy support and student's interest consistency. In addition, even interaction did not occur, teachers' autonomy support and student's growth minds had a positive effect on effort sustainability. It showed that fixed mindset had a positive effect on interest consistency and effort persistence. Second, after analyzing the moderating effect of mindset in the physical education class in the effect of the relationship support among middle school students on GRIT, there was a static control effect as fixed mindset showed significant interaction on the relation between peer relationship support and student interest consistency. In addition, even there was no interaction, the peer relationship support and the fixed mindset of students influenced positively on interest consistency and effort persistence, and the growth mindset had a significant positive effect on effort persistence.
