Abstract
The social responsibilities of enterprises in the field of environmental law are comprised of several responsibilities about natural resources use, environmental pollution, information disclosure, environmental insurance and environmental taxes followed by enterprise activities. It is necessary for the purpose of charging enterprises with responsibilities to weighing responsibilities of enterprises in the first place. Also enterprises should be responsible of not only the results of business management but also the processes of such management. To enhance the responsibilities of environmental management, informations about enterprises’ activities are to be shared alike with the society and the process of discharge of environmental responsibilities is due to be continuously monitored and properly assessed. The excessive administrative regulations are from the time ineffective in the respective of the law and economics. The exchange of paradigms of regulations are requisite for to induce enterprises to fulfill responsibilities spontaneously, that is to say, to transit from heteronomous disciplines to self-control regulations. To emphasize the responsibilities of enterprises has a different point of view from to coerce enterprises into fulfilling their legal liabilities. Benefit- cost(BC) analysis should be introduced into the legal system and the planning, prevention and regulation systems are to be integrated.
