Abstract

Legal Problems on Corporate Social Responsibilities Nowadays, many corporations have shown big interests in Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) and Ethics Management. These themes have become more and more indispensible for the large corporations to earn more money and to upgrade the image of them. Furthermore, it will hurt the development of the corporations not to implement these responsibilities. Corporations can make much money through the proper implementation of the CSR and also can be funded by the Social Responsibility Investment(SRI), but on the other hand they shall be confronted the risky situation of the insolvency, and also be faced with the difficulties of the opposition of the other stakeholders such as the shareholders and the creditors. So, corporations should choose the desirable ways to development themselves with sustainability, and the government should help construct the paradigm of the CSR legally and systematically to be implemented easily by the corporations. They are as follows; firstly, CSR is very good chance to the corporations to upgrade the status of them, so they need to make use of it properly but the scope, the sphere, and the time of the implementation of the CSR is accountable for the corporations wholly. Secondly, the legal support of the implementation of the CSR is very important to realize for the corporations easily and properly, so the many obstacles should be removed as soon as possible. And finally, the culture of the social donations should be prevailed to accomplish the CSR, and also the quality of the CSR should be improved.
