“Study on legal system of student-centered education” explain legal system of new education in korea. Primary, explain concept and nature of student- centered education for right of education. This concept and nature don’t use in legal system but only pedagogics. Therefore, it’s important to make a thesis of student-centered education and a limits of student-centered education. The second, in comparative law explain in America and Germany about legal system of student-centered education. The third, a table of contents is right of education of student and parents, a disciplinary punishment of student. This table include how guarantees right of student-centered education and parents. In conclusion, this paper wrights how guarantees right of student-centered education and parents in legal system. Also, this subject use to how explain to be under discussion in legal system about student-centered education.
